The University Library offers self-service discussion rooms for study, research, and academic collaboration. These rooms are available to all faculty, staff, and students.

Location: 5th Floor, University Library
Number of rooms: 13
Capacity: 3–8 persons per room
Hours: 8:30–21:45
Reservations
Discussion rooms may be reserved using the university's single sign-on (SSO) account through one of the following methods:

On-site: Scan the QR code on the PAD screen outside each discussion room
Reservation policy:
Maximum reservation length: 3 hours per session
Each user may hold up to two reservations in different time slots
The number of participants must be at least one-third of the room's listed capacity
Check-In & Cancellation
Check-in is required and can be completed up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time via the PAD screen outside the room.
Reservations not checked in within 15 minutes after the start time will be automatically canceled, and one violation will be recorded for the primary reserver.
If your plans change, please cancel your reservation in My Reservations before the start time.

User Guidelines
Discussion rooms are intended for academic and study-related activities only.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and university regulations.
Furniture, equipment, and facilities must not be moved or damaged. A fine will be levied on any damage accordingly.
Food and beverages are not permitted. Please keep the room clean and close the door when leaving.
Take away all personal belongings when leaving the room.
Policy Notice
Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension of discussion room privileges for one month.
These guidelines take effect upon publication. The Library reserves the right of final interpretation.
