Article 1: Service Content
The library, in collaboration with Zhejiang University Library, provides document citation indexing services for faculty and researchers within the university, issuing paper-based retrieval reports based on the search results. Specific services include:
Upon request, retrieving the inclusion and citation status of academic papers in authoritative domestic and international databases such as SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI, EI, CPCI-S, CPCI-SSH, CSSCI, and CSCD. Additional services include providing information on ESI highly cited/hot papers, JCR impact factors and quartiles, patent legal status, and more.
To support project applications, talent evaluations, awards, and other needs of faculty and students, offering quantitative and customized evaluation services for academic influence and competitiveness. These include analysis of the impact of representative papers, competitiveness/contribution analysis in research fields, and certification of high-impact scholars.
Article 2: Service Request Process
The library has established a dedicated application process on the DingTalk platform, with designated personnel responsible for approval.
Approved applications are forwarded by the library to Zhejiang University Library for retrieval.
Upon receiving the paper-based retrieval report, the library will promptly notify the applicant to collect it.
Article 3: Payment Method
Costs incurred for related services shall be covered by the applicant's research group.
The library compiles a detailed expense summary monthly. After confirmation and signature by the research group leader, the Finance Department will process the payment.
