Database Introduction
The IEEE Electronic Library (IEL) provides access to more than 30% of the world’s current electrical engineering and computer science literature, featuring high-quality content from IEEE delivered via the IEEE Xplore digital library.
Through IEL users can access: 1. More than 1.2 million articles from over 200 top-cited IEEE journals, magazines, and transactions; 2. Over 4 million conference papers; 4. Proceedings from IET conferences and events, select VDE conferences, IET’s E&T magazine; 5. Approximately 4,900 approved and published IEEE standards documents; 6. Unlimited, full-text access to over 5 million documents.

Copyright Notice
1. Any downloading of library-subscribed electronic resources by software or tool is prohibited.
2. Any systematically over-downloading of full-text documents from library-subscribed databases is prohibited.
3. Use of proxy server or providing VPN account to unauthorized users is prohibited.
4. Without the prior permission of the library, redistributing library-subscribed resources in bulk to unauthorized users or via proxy server is prohibited.
5. Violators of the above rules will be punished based on results of thorough investigation.
